HeavyHub is owned and operated by Winder Systems, LLC in the United States. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking and child labour in any form.

Our commitment

We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in our business relationships. We expect the same standards from suppliers, contractors and partners who support our software and operations.

Scope

This policy applies to our organisation and to third parties providing services to us (for example hosting, email delivery and professional services).

Expectations

• No use of forced, bonded or involuntary labour
• No involvement in human trafficking
• Fair treatment and lawful working conditions for workers
• Compliance with applicable UK employment and human rights law

Risk & due diligence

We assess risk in our supply chain proportionate to the nature of services we buy. Where concerns arise, we will investigate and take appropriate action, including ending relationships if necessary.

Reporting concerns

Anyone who suspects modern slavery or human trafficking in connection with HeavyHub or our suppliers should contact Support@HeavyHub.co.uk immediately. Reports will be treated seriously and confidentially as far as practicable.
